TARGET CAREER COUNSELLING was set up to support youth choose their careers by providing five-dimensional career counselling support using proven scientific models of assessment.

With the myriad of careers available now, it can get quite overwhelming for a young adult to choose the right subjects in their early years of senior school to enable them find a suitable career path.     There is a lot of information available from various sources and combined with pressure from peers, friends or family members (all with good intentions!), students may choose fields which are not the best fit resulting in dissatisfaction and unhappiness for the individual.

Using a set of tested tools, we aim to guide and counsel students and early working professionals to provide them the best choices based on detailed analysis of their self-assessments of personality, interest, skills & abilities, learning styles & motivators.  Using the same, the students can make informed decisions and choose the right career path best suited for them thereby ensuring all their efforts in the future work successfully towards securing their better future!

I am a passionate, driven, experienced & empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations & Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability & CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East & India.  Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease.  I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others & supporting the community. 

I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth & colleagues in helping them understand their personalities & key interpersonal skills.   Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) to assist the youth of today to make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future.    I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities.    

I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!
